This Site is for Florida Families that have had their
lives destroyed and their fundamental rights ignored by
Child Protective Services. However, this will not be a
place to share individual stories. Instead, it will be a
Site designed to actively "do something about
it". (Any attention you wish to bring to the
media concerning DCFS or your particular case can be
accomplished here or here).The main goal of
this Site will be to collect individuals' names for the
purpose of constantly Petitioning our Elected Officials
throughout Florida to change the laws concerning Child
Protection. This Site will not only be for those whose
basic rights have been 'violated' by Child Protective
Services, but for any family members or close friends of
those that have been violated.
For
information on becoming a Chapter/Volunteer for this
project, as well as receiving information on the
structure of the necessary databases, send an email to
the Coalition for the
Protection of Family Rights. Include your Name and the
State in which you reside in the body of the message, as
well as what you could offer as a volunteer.

the this State's Statutes that are obtrusive and get the
